Setup Requirements

Please confirm that your setup location meets these requirements before reserving an inflatable.

1. 01

   Power Must Be Within 100 Feet

   • •The inflatable must be set up within 100 feet of a suitable power hookup.
   • •Do not connect multiple extension cords together to reach beyond 100 feet.
   • •If the setup location is more than 100 feet from power, the customer must provide an appropriate generator.
   • •The generator must be powerful enough to operate every required blower.
2. 02

   Water Must Be Within 100 Feet

   Wet rentals only

   • •Wet inflatables must be within 100 feet of a working water hookup.
   • •This requirement applies when the inflatable will be used with water.
   • •The customer must confirm that the water hookup works before delivery.
3. 03

   110/120-Volt, 20-Amp Outlet Required

   • •The setup location must have a suitable 110/120-volt, 20-amp outlet.
   • •Each inflatable must have its own required outlet.
   • •Do not share the inflatable's outlet with another inflatable or a large appliance.
   • •This helps prevent overloaded circuits and tripped breakers.
4. 04

   Large Water Slides May Require Two Circuits

   Large water slides only

   • •Larger water slides may require two separate electrical circuits.
   • •The required blowers must be connected to separate suitable circuits.
   • •Two outlets on the same overloaded circuit do not satisfy the requirement.
5. 05

   Choose the Setup Location Before Delivery

   • •The customer must already have a plan for where the inflatable will be installed.
   • •The area must be ready when the delivery team arrives.
   • •The location must satisfy the power, water, clearance, surface, and animal requirements.
   • •Staff may reject or change an unsafe setup location.
6. 06

   Do Not Share the Inflatable's Outlet

   • •Each inflatable must be connected to its own required outlet.
   • •Do not share the outlet with another inflatable.
   • •Do not share the outlet with a large appliance.
   • •Follow the configured outlet and circuit requirements for the selected unit.
7. 07

   Keep Dogs and Other Animals Away

   • •The inflatable must be placed in an area that dogs and other animals cannot access.
   • •Animals must remain away during setup, use, and pickup.
   • •This helps prevent damage and keeps the setup area safe.
8. 08

   Do Not Set Up Under Power or Fiber Lines

   • •The inflatable must not be placed directly beneath power lines, fiber lines, or similar overhead obstructions.
   • •Large inflatables and slides may move or lean during use.
   • •Choose a setup location with safe overhead clearance.
