Booking & delivery policy

Looking for a weekday rental? Call us to book. Standard weekend rentals are delivered Friday and picked up Sunday.

Drop-off and pickup times depend on the delivery route and are not guaranteed.

  • Standard weekend drop-off is Friday.
  • Sunday pickup is preferred.
  • Weekday availability must be confirmed by phone.
  • Delivery and pickup times depend on the day's route and are not guaranteed.
  • Free delivery applies within 20 miles.
  • An additional delivery fee applies beyond 20 miles.
  • Booking two or more inflatables receives one $50 discount.

Booking and Availability

  1. How do I book a slide?
    Fill out the booking form on our site or call or text either of our numbers. We'll confirm your date, unit, and setup details before it's locked in.
  2. How far in advance should I book?
    Summer weekends fill up fastest. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out as early as you can. We'll always tell you honestly if a date is open.
  3. What are your hours?
    We take calls and texts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages sent after hours get answered the next morning.

Delivery Area and Fees

  1. Where do you deliver?
    We deliver across Northwest Alabama — Marion, Lamar, Fayette, Walker, and Winston counties. See our service area page for the full list of towns.

Power, Water, and Setup

  1. Do you set the slide up?
    Yes. Delivery, setup, and pickup are all handled by us. You just point us to a flat, open spot in the yard.
  2. Do I need anything at my house?
    A flat grass or open area big enough for the slide, and a standard outdoor electrical outlet within reach of an extension cord for the blower. For water slides you'll also need a garden hose spigot.
